It’s a great fit if you want to buy and start personalizing your space right away.
Zero Down Program
You can even qualify for no money down when you use an FHA loan paired with a second loan (either repayable or forgivable) to cover the down payment or closing costs. This also comes with temporary rate buydown options—meaning your monthly payments could be lower for the first few years.
What Do You Need to Qualify?
- A minimum credit score starting at 600
- Income and purchase price limits may apply
- Completion of homebuyer education
