Pecan Grove is located northeast of the center of Fort Bend County. It is bordered to the southwest by the Brazos River. Conveniently located between Sugar Land & Katy with easy access to Hwy 90 & 99/Grand Pkwy, this area gives you the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city. Many of our residents work in Houston, finding it an easy commute to downtown or surrounding areas as well as nearby malls and major shopping areas.

Nestled among 100 year old pecan trees, Pecan Grove Plantation is Richmond’s first master-planned community. Developed in 1977, this 1,400-acre development is built around a beautiful 27-hole golf course. A+ | Lamar CISD has an A rating overall, Lamar CISD campuses are designed with smaller enrollments (high schools are designed for no more than 2,000 students) to provide more opportunities for students to assume leadership roles and participate in campus activities. Lamar CISD also has sixth grade-only campuses (middle schools) which focus on the needs of pre-adolescents, providing a smooth transition to secondary schools. Lamar CISD is home to National Principals of the Year, Gates Millennium Scholars, National Blue-Ribbon Schools, Rodeo Art Grand Champions, State Athletic Champions and a recent member of the comptroller's Honors Circle for financial and academic excellence. Lamar CISD has also passed four bond referendums over the past 15 years, while maintaining one of the lowest tax rates in the Houston area.

You'll be about 7 minutes from downtown Richmond, and 36 minutes away from downtown Houston, which puts you proximity close to many great food options. There's a few local favorites in the area including Red's Grill, 9er's Grill, Lomonte's Italian Restaurant and Bar, Ramble Creek Grill, and Ramble Creek Grill. Target is located just outside of the neighborhood, as well as Whole Foods Market and Kroger. Additionally, nearby parks such as Jones Creek Ranch Park and Wessendorff Park are just minutes away.
