Harmony Creek is within within the master planned community, Harmony, located in Spring TX. It is easy to access via Rayford Rd, Birnham Woods Dr, and Grand Parkway 99. In addition, it's only 16 minutes drive to The Woodlands and half an hour from Downtown Houston.

District Rating in Conroe ISD

Conroe Independent School District is a 348-square-mile school district in the Houston metropolitan area. Conroe ISD is one of the state's fastest growing school districts, with an average enrollment growth of about 1,500 students per year.
