The Best Houston Suburbs Neighborhoods in 2023
Houston has a lot of amazing cities and neighborhoods, but for this blog post, I focused on where everyone was moving to in 2023. I hope this is your first stop in trying to figure out where to live in the Houston Suburbs, and I hope your next stop is reaching out to us. Let's dive in…
Twenty-nine cities and suburbs popped up when looking at the sold and pending data from 2023. You will find them below with the corresponding neighborhoods that helped them make the list. I am also going to include a link to homes for sale in each neighborhood. Keep in mind, I am not the real estate agent who marked the neighborhood the home is in, so sometimes the categorization is a little off. The best way we can make sure a home is in a particular neighborhood is to check the legal description for you. So please let us know if you have any confusion. It is also important to note we focused on neighborhoods with homes over $400,000, otherwise, the data would have been too overwhelming.
