I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE MEADOW GLEN IN CONROE TX
Where is Meadow Glen:
Meadow Glen is conveniently located just south of FM 105 on the east side of Conroe. It is an hour north downtown Houston and only 25 minutes from The Woodlands.
Why folks choose:
People love that Meadow Glen is a quiet community, nestled in the trees off Waukegan Road and that it is zoned to Conroe ISD schools which have excellent ratings. Meadow Glen also offers a low tax rate, which is ideal for homebuyers. The neighborhood is also relatively affordable with most homes in the 200s and 300s.

Amenities in Meadow Glen:
Although Meadow Glen does not have amenities of its own, residents enjoy nearby parks and amenities. Residents can explore places like McDade Park that offers walking trails, disc golf and a playground. Trillium Park is also popular and offers walking trails, a dog park and playground structure. Lake Conroe is only 30 minutes from the neighborhood and offers fun restaurants and fishing spots.
Nearby:
Located nearby is an HEB, Kroger, Fiesta, Sams Club, Montgomery County Fairgrounds (where events are held), 7 Acre Wood Family Fun Park, United States Postal Service, and restaurants like Marsala's Italian Grill, Salata, Mod Pizza, IHOP, La Palma Taqueria, Flour-Ish and more. You're only about 25 minutes from the Portofino Shopping Center, and about 30 minutes from The Woodlands Waterway, Market Street, Hughes Landing, & The Woodlands Mall.
