My name is Jordan Marie Schilleci, but all my favorite people call me Jo. I started in real estate about 10 years ago and have lived in multiple suburbs around Houston. I was born here and am so blessed to call it home. But the “we” I typically throw around is my husband Edward and I.

Please know that scheduling a call with me is the easiest way to determine which city or suburb is best for you. Helping you figure out the best city or suburb is one of my favorite things to do. I pride myself on many things, but this would be the best first step. From there, I can help you figure out your budget. If you are financing your purchase, I can recommend a fantastic lender. Next, we want to take a look at your timeline, and then the fun begins: we will start house-hunting. Once you have narrowed it down to one or two homes, we start the offer writing process, which is another place I shine. Over the last 10 years, I have established a good reputation with listing agents, and I love this communication process. Once you are under contract on a home, I will navigate you to the closing table, starting with a reputable home inspection recommendation.
