My name is Jordan Marie Schilleci, but all my favorite people call me Jo. I started in real estate about 10 years ago and have lived in multiple suburbs around Houston. I was born here and am so blessed to call it home. But the “we” I typically throw around is my husband Edward and I.

Where to Live in Dickinson in 2025
Bayou Bend Estates | Link to Homes for Sale – Bayou Bend Estates is probably one of my favorite communities in Dickinson. Homes are newer and set on large lots, making them HGTV drool-worthy.
Bayou Crest | Link to Homes for Sale – An established neighborhood with homes sitting on slightly oversized lots.
Bayou Forest | Link to Homes for Sale – An established neighborhood with homes on oversized lots.
Bayou Lakes | Link to Homes for Sale – A neighborhood with many homes built in the early 2000s and 2010s. Lots are slightly oversized, and many homes are over 3000 square feet.
Bayou Park | Link to Homes for Sale – A neighborhood with many homes built in the early 2000s and 2010s. Lots are slightly oversized, and many homes are over 3000 square feet.

I pride myself on many things, but this would be the best first step. From there, I can help you figure out your budget. If you are financing your purchase, I can recommend a fantastic lender. Next, we want to take a look at your timeline, and then the fun begins: we will start house-hunting. Once you have narrowed it down to one or two homes, we start the offer writing process, which is another place I shine. Over the last 10 years, I have established a good reputation with listing agents, and I love this communication process. Once you are under contract on a home, I will navigate you to the closing table, starting with a reputable home inspection recommendation.
