Katy has some amazing neighborhoods. You can find established communities with homes built in the 80s and 90s, and you can find master-planned communities with resort-style swimming pools and one-of-a-kind amenities. I believe there is something for everyone. Today I am diving into the best master-planned communities in Katy.
Cinco Ranch – Residents love this huge mater planned community for its great location since it has easy access to any direction of Houston. The neighborhood has great amenities, is within arms reach of some amazing local places for shopping & dining, and has a wide variety of home styles & prices. The amazing amenities here include community lakes, a golf course & golf club, 17 tennis courts, winding walking trails with scenic views, 11 different pools with splash pads & water parks, 60 parks throughout the neighborhood with playgrounds, picnic areas & grills, and paddle boats & kayaks, plus volleyball & basketball courts.
