Here at Jo & Co., we love exploring the surrounding areas and today we found the perfect get-away for kids! Who doesn't love a petting zoo, pony rides and playgrounds!? 7 Acre Wood: Farm Park is a family fun park suited for all ages. If you're asking yourself what you should do with your day, we have the solution!
7 Acre Wood is a great option if you need a big open space to let the kids run wild and free. You will find a mini-golf course, chess set, old-time play town, zipline, a giant sandbox and some roaming goats that will keep you company. The highlight of the trip for me was seeing the animals and having the baby goats follow us around the field. In the petting zoo, you will find animals such as goats, sheep, donkeys, ponies and llamas.
If you are in need of a place to host a birthday party or outdoor picnic for a large group of people, they offer a variety of packages. They are known for hosting different themed birthday parties for kids (and maybe adults if you want). Some of the themes include a Campfire Birthday, Splish Splash Party and a Treasure Hunt Birthday. The farm also hosts field trips throughout the year, with offering different packages with each season.
