McCall Sound is located in Magnolia, Texas in Montgomery County. McCall Sound is just minutes to Highway 249 off of Decker Prairie Rosehill Road and 2920. It is conveniently located for an easy commute to explore Magnolia as well as nearby towns including The Woodlands and Spring.

Why folks choose McCall Sound:

McCall Sound is a small acreage community that has 42 homesites with each homesite being about an acre. range in size from about 2500 to 8000 square feet with property ranging in size from 2 to 12+ acres. There is an impressive array of styles and personal touches to be found along each of the homes. This community offers numerous equestrian features along with trails for riding. Ranches of Pinehurst is a secluded getaway from the rigors of daily life. There are also multiple golf courses nearby like The Woodlands Country Club and The Club at Carlton Woods.

The mission of the Magnolia Independent School District is to provide an educational environment that will enable all students to develop essential academic skills for a lifetime of learning and to prepare students to be responsible, contributing citizens in a diverse and changing world.
