Where is Stewarts Forest:
Located in Conroe, off of South Loop 336. Just a short drive away from Highway 105 & I-45.

Why folks choose Stewarts Forest:
This is a peaceful & lovely community with somewhat larger homes on spacious lots. The custom homes here on on the traditional side, with varying home sizes & prices available. Some of the homes here were built with fire places in the master bedroom, and we bars near the living room. The neighborhood is very well maintained, and is in a great location near tons of great amenities within Conroe.

Amenities in Stewarts Forest:

The amenities here include a community park with nature trails, recreation areas, and picnic areas, as well as a pool. There's also greenbelt trails since the community backs up to Stewarts Creek.

District Rating:
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & have overall A’s for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Nearby:
Located nearby is an HEB, Kroger, Fiesta, and restaurants like Marsala's Italian Grill, Salata, Mod Pizza, IHOP, La Palma Taqueria, Flour-Ish, and more. You're only about 12 minutes from the Portofino Shopping Center, and about 20 minutes from The Woodlands Waterway, Market Street, Hughes Landing, & The Woodlands Mall.
