    This lovely neighborhood is located in the broad Montgomery TX directly off of FM 2854 and borders the 149. Montgomery county is 45 minutes south of Huntsville and 40 minutes northwest of The Woodlands, making it a great middle ground. If you need to make a trip into downtown Houston, you can anticipate your commute to be around 1 hour.

    A Rated | Montgomery ISD rates in an A for academics, college prep, teachers, administration, clubs & activities, health & safety, food, and resources & facilities. During the 2020-2021 school year, the Montgomery ISD Board of Trustees adopted five district goals that represent our targets to reach Premier. The district goals are 1. Academic Achievement; 2. School Safety; 3. Finance and Operations; 4. Human Capital; and 5. Communications and Customer Service. Their Mission: Montgomery ISD, in partnership with families and the community, will grow and develop future generations of leaders and productive citizens by offering innovative academic programs responsive to every student's individual needs. The district will prepare all students for the college, career, or military opportunity of their choice and will educate the whole child by addressing student social and emotional well-being. The workplace culture of Montgomery ISD will be one of positivity, collaboration, and trust.

    It will take 10 minutes on average to arrive at the town's Kroger and Wal-Mart shopping centers. You will find all the fun down Walden Road by visiting Margaritaville Lake Resort, Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club, or Bentwater Country Club. Sam Houston National Forest is only 7 miles away, offering walking & hiking trails, camping & hunting grounds, and designated areas for sports activities. Montgomery boasts a variety of dining options that include Pizza Shack, Chick-fil-a, Cozy Grape, LandShark Bar & Grill, Bistro Italiano and Mckenzie's Barbeque & Burgers.
