Hi friends, I thought I would do something a little different than I normally do. I thought I would create a list of all the people I recommend to every single client who is about to purchase a home or plans to purchase a home. In the past 5 years I have gotten the chance to meet and get to know many industry professionals, and the seven people on this list have gone above and beyond not just for me, but for each client I recommend them to, every single time I or they needed them.
Below you will see who they are, what they do, why I recommend them, and how to contact them..
The Seven People I Recommend to Every Client Who is Looking to Purchase a Home
1. Loan Officer
WHO: Roman Washington, Senior Loan Officer, Priority Financial Network
WHAT: Provides the finances and education when it comes to buying a home. In short, I help you find the home, and he helps you pay for it. Please mention you are a client of mine.
WHY: Because there isn't a deal he can't close. And also because he helps clients create road maps on how they can be a homeowner one day, if today isn't the right day! He also did my very first home loan!

2. Electricity, Home Security, and Utility Concierge
WHO: Tania Turcios, Account Specialist, Reliant
WHAT: She helps you set up your electricity and home security. She also will send you the information you need to set up your utilities. She works normal business hours, so please keep this in mind when calling her, but you can email her anytime.
WHY: She will make your life easier. She will also give you the best rates and deals. I also switched to Reliant through her, and seriously saved so much money! I am talking hundreds and hundreds. Note: She speaks Spanish as well as English.

3. Foundation Inspector and Repair Specialist
WHO: Derek Tappin, Level Check Foundation Repair
WHAT: He will inspector and provide recommendations on how to ensure the foundation gets repaired. His company also does the repairs. I can personally set up the appointment when needed.
WHY: He is so insanely honest. More times than not, nothing is needed in the terms of repairs. And he is affordable. He is by far, always the most affordable quote. He also has a very good eye at catching things the person before him did not!

4. Roof Inspector and Repair/Replacement Specialist
WHO: Troy Hampe, Project Manager, Guardian Roofing
WHAT: He inspects roofs and recommends repairs that are needed. He and his company also handles replacements.
WHY: He is very dependable and honest. Every single time I need him, he is there.

5. Certified TREC Home Inspector
WHO: Trey Kinder, Certified TREC Home Inspection & Owner, 2k Inspections
WHAT: He is one of the most important people when it comes to buying a home, the inspector. He is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission, which is the same company that licenses people that practice real estate (me), in Texas. I can personally set up the appointment when the time arrives.
WHY: He is the best. Also because he offers discounts to veterans and heroes.

6. Insurance Guru and Sales Person
WHO: Corry Pilcher, Agency Owner & Insurance Guru, Goosehead Insurance
WHAT: He doesn't just write home owners insurance, but all types of insurance. He carries many providers!
WHY: Because without fail, he is always the most competitive with pricing. You must make sure you tell him I sent you, because there is a bonus in this!

7. Air Conditioning and Heating Company
WHO: Joseph Stout, Owner & Technician, AC Ninja
WHAT: He not only repairs air conditioning units and furnaces, but he inspects them for a VERY reasonable fee. I have not been able to find anyone as reasonable as he. It works best, if I set up this inspection.
WHY: He is so reasonable and dependable!
