I have been really loving on supporting my clients down the path of new construction lately, so I thought I would create some blog posts with that focus. To gather this data, I looked at all the homes that went pending or sold on the MLS in the last 180 days, and 560 homes made the list. From those 560 homes, I picked the top 16 neighborhoods according to those sales and pending stats. Without further ado..
