Hi again! I wanted to pop back on here to answer a question I have been getting a lot lately. Actually a couple questions. I have heard, Are government loans still funding? Can I get a VA, FHA, or USDA loan right now?.. So I thought I should address that here on the blog.
Lenders are still loaning on VA, FHA, and USDA loans!
And the answer is, yes, they are still loaning on these government loans! I received a cute flyer in my inbox today, so I thought that would go along super well with this topic.
So if you are looking for a lender that is up and running right now, I would love to connect you to one. If you are looking for a real estate agent, I would love to speak with you. I also have lenders that are helping with and committed to down payment assistance programs as well.
