Hi there. Cypress is a wonderful community with new construction neighborhoods and established neighborhoods that are just as popular. So let's check out these neighborhoods & what they have to offer.

Black Horse Ranch – Black Horse Ranch is a prestigious golf course community. It offers a resort-style lifestyle with amenities such as trails throughout the community, lakes, swimming pools, splash pad, playground and a covered picnic area. This neighborhood has close proximity to Highway 290, schools, shopping, and more.

Bridgeland – Amazing master planned community, the amenities offered are endless. From a resort-style pool, spray pad, tennis courts, playground, to a fitness center and a 6,000-square-foot community center. There is something for the whole family. Bridgeland also has an on site activities director who plans many events for the community all year long. Residents enjoy concerts and movies at the Festival Park stage pavilion. As well as catch and release fishing and complimentary use of canoes, kayaks and other recreation equipment on the lake.

Cypress Creek Lakes – Cypress Creek Lakes has everything you need to enjoy fun-in-the-sun right in your own community. The neighborhood truly showcases an abundance of water amenities such as lakes, splash pads, and pools. The signature feature of Cypress Creek Lakes is the series of lakes located and planned throughout the community which provide breathtaking views, prime home site opportunities and inviting outdoor activities. Fairfield – Fairfield offers a world of amenities such as miles of paved greenbelt trails that wind around lakes, through woods and connect residents to parks, five neighborhood swimming pools, retail conveniences, Ault and Keith Neighborhood Elementary schools and the popular Fairfield Athletic Club. Surrounded by a 20-acre landscaped sports park, the Fairfield Athletic Club provides residents with the opportunity to enjoy a facility that has all the features of a private health club with no monthly membership fees. The Club features a gymnasium, competition-size swimming pool, weight room, tennis courts and soccer and ball-fields.

Hidden Arbor – A heavily wooded 70 acre trend maker community. If you like to live in a close knit community, this one could be the one for you.
