    Today I wanted to share with you all things Northampton, Spring TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs.     WHY PEOPLE LOVE NORTHAMPTON IN SPRING TX

    Where is Northampton:
    Located in Spring, off of Gosling road with easy access to Woodlands Parkway. Only a few minutes away from I-45.

    Why folks choose Northampton:
    This is a beautiful community in a great location with towering trees, large lots, and low tax rates. The homes are typically on the larger size and are very reasonably priced. The neighborhood is also next to the beautiful Willow Creek Golf Course which provides stunning views. Northampton is one of my favorite neighborhoods. It is the most popular neighborhood in the north Houston suburbs for multiple generations. Children that were raised here, grow up, and come back to raise their family here.

    Amenities in Northampton:

    Northampton amenities include a community pool, recreation center, a fitness center, access to Willow Creek, and a park & trails system which has tons of greenery, trails, and a playground.

    District Rating in Klein ISD
    A-. Klein ISD rates number 111 as the “Best School Districts in Texas.” out of 1,018 districts. They have overall A's for college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

    Nearby:
    There's tons of great places nearby on Gosling road. Amazing restaurants like The Butler House, Center Court Pizza & Brew, Fajita Pete's, an awesome Food Truck Park, and more. There's a nearby HEB, Walmart Super-Center, and Spec's.
