Located off of FM 249 on Johlke Rd. near Lone Star College Tomball and Lone Star Riding Academy.

Lexington Estates is a neighborhood in Magnolia, Texas. Lexington Estates mostly features expansive homes that are very reasonably priced. This neighborhood is very tight knit with only 59 homes. Folks love this community because of its close proximity to Highway 249 with local restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Lone Star College is located just minutes away with Spring Creek Park nearby to enjoy a day of walking and biking trails.

Spring Creek Park is a 114-acre facility features one unlighted softball field, one lighted basketball pavilion, two lighted tennis courts, a small barbecue pavilion, a large barbecue pavilion, eight RV/camper hook-ups, three tent camping sites, one primitive camping area, a playground, trails, picnic tables, barbecue grills, an archery range, a sand volleyball court, and a rest room/shower pavilion and fishing is available. Jerry Matheson Park provides multiple scenic hiking and biking trails with basketball and volleyball courts and a community pool.

B-Rated | Magnolia ISD rates in an A in teachers, diversity, and college prep. The mission of the Magnolia Independent School District is to provide an educational environment that will enable all students to develop essential academic skills for a lifetime of learning and to prepare students to be responsible, contributing citizens in a diverse and changing world.
