Hidden Lake Estates is a community built around a large, beautiful gazing 10.5-acre lake and has miles of scenic views throughout the community from tall mature trees to the unbeatable view of the natural wildlife. Hidden Lake Estates enjoys a nice proximity to places like Conroe TX, Cypress TX, and The Woodlands. These are some of the most exciting, vital destinations in either Harris County or Montgomery County. The construction of homes in this neighborhood began in the early 2000s and was completed around 2015. Hidden Lake Estates offers one- and two-story homes ranging in size from 1,500 to 2,900 square feet. Lot sizes typically run from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet under 1/4 acres and the back yards are fenced. The location is a huge bonus for this community because it has easy access to major roads like Farm-to-Market (FM) 2978, Farm-to-Market (FM) 1488, Woodlands Parkway, and Farm-to-Market (FM) 2920.

 Hidden Lake Estates offers their residents a beautiful 10.5-acre lake with an array of fish, a fun interactive playground, and miles of scenic views throughout the community perfect for a day of hiking and biking. Nearby is Lake Creek Preserve. Lake Creek Preserve is a Montgomery County open space preserve managed jointly with the non-profit Bayou Conservancy (open to public, no fee). There's also a private golf club with a training center. The Woodforest Training Center provides golfers of all skill levels the opportunity to have professional instruction and be custom fit for clubs from multiple manufacturers.

District Rating:

B-Rated | Magnolia ISD rates in an A in teachers, diversity, and college prep. The mission of the Magnolia Independent School District is to provide an educational environment that will enable all students to develop essential academic skills for a lifetime of learning and to prepare students to be responsible, contributing citizens in a diverse and changing world.

Located nearby is Lake Creek Preserve, Woodforest Golf Club, Crust Pizza Company, H-E-B, Target, The UPS store, BBQ Godfather, The Home Depot, Kroger, The Woodlands Springs Hospital and Igi Playground the Woodlands.
