Mustang Ridge is located in Magnolia, just a few minutes from FM 1774 and FM 1488. It's also a short drive to HWY 249. In addition, this friendly neighborhood is just 31 minutes from The Woodlands and 45 minutes from Downtown Houston.
Why folks choose Mustang Ridge:
Residents choose to live in this neighborhood for its easy access to Highway 249 and the convenience of commuting to employment centers in Conroe and The Woodlands. Also, the area is zoned to the highly-rated Magnolia Independent School District. In addition, residents can enjoy nearby shopping and dining as well as Unity Park—a 30-acre park/wildlife preserve.

For your daily needs, you can shop at one of these stores: Kroger, Brookshire Brothers, Trader Joe's, H-E-B, and Target. For dining options, you have Pengu's Place, Magnolia Diner, Treehouse Cafe, and Ogie's Grill. If you enjoy golfing, there are two golf courses close by High Meadow Ranch Golf Club and Lake Windcrest Golf Club.
