Grandview is located in Montgomery Texas, in the 77356 zip code. Take I-45 exit Highway 105 West. Turn right on Lonestar Parkway and right onto Grandview Parkway. Drive to the dead end and make a left at the curve onto Grandview Point Drive – property will be on your left. This interior lot is near Lake Conroe, a 12-minute drive from Downtown Montgomery and 15 minutes from Montgomery ISD schools.
