I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE NEIGHBORHOOD NAME IN SPRING TX
Where is Spring Creek Forest:
Spring Creek Forest is located in south west Spring, within the Klein area. The subdivision is 40 minutes north west of downtown Houston making it a manageable commute if you work for employers in the major industrial and petrochemical companies, the Texas Medical Center, and Generation Park.
Why folks choose Spring Creek Forest:
People choose Spring Creek Forest because it is an inclusive and well-established community featuring large lots and quaint yard lamp lighting. People love that it is zoned to Klein ISD which has excellent ratings. Erhardt Elementary is even located within the back of the neighborhood.

Amenities in Spring Creek Forest:
- Clubhouse: The SCF Clubhouse is available for rent to its residents. It includes a kitchen, living room and great room. The kitchen has everything you would need to host an event (refrigerators, microwave, stove and oven). The living room has chairs, sofas and a fire place and the great room is a large open space great for hosting (equipped with tables and chairs to fit 50). There are events such as chair and mat yoga hosted at the clubhouse Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a small fee to residents.
- Olympic Pool: The newly renovated pool facility has three pavilions with ceiling fans, tables and loungers. The olympic sized pool is equipped with lap lanes and multiple diving boards. There is also a wading pool for smaller kids. Water aerobics is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the pool for free to residents during swim season.
- Tennis Courts: There are six tennis courts available for resident's of SCF to use. The Spring Woodlands Tennis Academy offers lessons to residents as well.
- Playground: SCF has a newly renovated covered playground. It is equipped with regular and baby swings, a large and small jungle gym, slides and bouncy riding toys.
- Ball Fields: The neighborhood has three covered pavilions with picnic tables, a little league sized baseball field, a youth soccer field, and gaga ball pit.
District Rating:
A – Rated | Klein ISD rates number 111 as the “Best School Districts in Texas.” out of 1,018 districts by Niche.com. They have overall A's for college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers. Klein ISD was named the National District of the Year at the 2021 District Administration Future of Education Technology National Conference. The prestigious award, presented by District Administration, recognizes the nation’s top district in one of nine categories that District Administration tracks. Klein ISD was eligible for this honor by being previously named as one of three Districts of Distinction by District Administration for our Innovation Challenges.
Klein Independent School District, encompassing approximately 87.5 square miles, is located in northwestern Harris County, Texas. Its southern portion is adjacent to the corporate limits of the City of Houston. Most of the District is located between Interstate Highway 45 (IH 45) on the east and State Highway 249 (SH 249) on the west. The southern boundary follows Cypress Creek for a considerable distance and a portion of the northern boundary of the District is the same as the northern boundary of Harris County. The District is currently comprised of five (5) high schools, ten (10) intermediate schools, thirty-two (32) elementary schools, one early childhood & pre-kindergarten center, one high school program of choice, and one alternative school program for a total of fifty (50) schools with more than 53,000 students.
The District provides a full range of educational services appropriate to grade levels Pre-Kindergarten (PK) through 12. These include regular and enriched academic education, special education, occupational education, and language training for those with limited English proficiency. The district offers a Spanish Bilingual program at most of the elementary schools. These basic programs are supplemented by a wide variety of offerings in the fine arts and athletics.
Klein ISD is fully accredited by the Texas Education Agency and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The Texas Education Agency provides a school and district report card known as the AEIS report.
