Located in Spring, near Grand Parkway 99. Accessed by Birnham Woods drive, Rayford Road, and is only 1 mile from Hardy Toll Road. And is very close to The Woodlands & all of its amenities.

The amenities here include a a community lake with a lighted walking path around it, stocked fishing lake, a lighted pavilion with covered picnic tables & access to the grill, tennis & basketball courts that are lit at night, and paved trails throughout the community. There's also Liberty Park, which has a large playground with different structures to accommodate all ages.
District Rating in Conroe ISD
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A’s for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.
