Located in Katy, off Grand Parkway 99, by Westheimer Parkway & Kingsland Boulevard. Just minutes from I-10.
Why folks choose Falcon Landing:
People love this community because it's in a great location, zoned to highly rated schools, and has gated sections to choose from as well. There's a variety of home sizes & prices to meet many different needs. The walkability that Falcon Landing affords is amazing, and keeps this neighborhood from high turnover.

Amenities in Falcon Landing:
The amazing amenities multiple swimming pools, neighborhood parks, playgrounds, sand volleyball courts, and walking trails.
District Rating:
A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Located minutes away is La Centerra at Cinco Ranch, which is a huge upscale outdoor hub for shopping, dining, and entertainment, it also has a large green space where frequent events & festivals are held. Nearby is also Katy Mills Mall, Whole Foods, Costco, Kroger, Trader Joe's, Aldi, HEB, and so much more.
