I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Where is Imperial Oaks:
Located conveniently off of Rayford road in Spring, Imperial Oaks has quick access to I-45 & Grand Parkway 99. There's also many different back road like Robinson road that lead straight to Woodlands Parkway.
Why folks choose Imperial Oaks:
Imperial Oaks is a very large community filled with different sub-sections, some of them being gated. There's so many different home style options & prices, as well as on site schools. It's in a great location & the neighborhood is filled with trees & lined with sidewalks.

Amenities in Imperial Oaks:
There's multiple community centers with playgrounds, pools, splash pads, fitness centers, and gathering rooms. There's many different winding trails throughout the community, ponds & water features, sports fields, and lots of picnic areas. Children also have the option of joining the neighborhood swim team.
District Rating in Conroe ISD:
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A's for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.
Nearby:
There's a variety of places right outside Imperial Oaks. Rayford road has so many different types of restaurants, shops, & services. There's a Kroger right outside of the neighborhood, as well as a CVS, and multiple daycare centers. There's also a huge new HEB down the road.
