I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE HARMONY IN SPRING TX
Where is Harmony:
Located in the North Spring area off of Rayford road & next to Grand Parkway 99. There's very easy access to I-45 & Hardy Toll Road

Harmony is 1,000 acre master planned community with homes from award winning home builders, with stunning homes & opportunity to build. The community is filled with trees & parks, has great on site schools, and shopping centers.

There's The Thicket community center with a beach entry resort style pool, splash pad, playground, fitness center, and a great room for events. There's also 2 community parks: Wander Park & Barefoot Park & Pool Complex where you can enjoy fun & creative playgrounds, open lawns, picnic areas, another amazing pool, tennis courts, and a multi-use sports court.
District Rating in Conroe ISD:
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A's for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.
Nearby:
The neighborhood's great location gives easy access to a multitude of shops, restaurants, and other services located on Rayford, & off of Grand Parkway 99. There's a new HEB on the outskirts of the community & Harmony Commons Shopping Center that has multiple restaurants & shops.
