Hi friend! The leaves have started to fall and it has gotten a little chilly out there, which means Fall is officially here! Even though it seems like these few months have just flown by Thanksgiving is fast approaching with only one week left! BAKERRIPLEY'S HOUSTON TURKEY TROT
If you are one of those people who love to wake up bright and early to burn off some calories right before the feast your about to endure, of all your favorite foods or even just to show your support by kicking off your Thanksgiving Day cheering on loved ones. The Turkey Trot brings education, connection and emerging neighborhoods and friends together for one of the largest community development organizations in the region with nearly 600,000 children, adults, and seniors!

THE 72 ANNUAL H-E-B THANKSGIVING PARADE IN HOUSTON
- Date: November 25th, 2021
- Time: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Price: Free

WILD, WILD LIGHTS IN HOUSTON
At the Houston Zoo this time of year there is a blurred line with Thanksgiving and Christmas starting the week before Thanksgiving, they have available hot chocolate, millions of lights, a giant ice throne, Santa photos, and an 125 foot long infinity tunnel of lights!
- Date: November 15th, 2021 to January 9th, 2022
- Time: 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM (last entry @ 9:30 PM)
- Price: Varies depending on day- Check zoo website for tickets
