Why You Should Move to the Houston Suburbs in 2021
1. The housing options are endless in the suburbs : Condos, townhomes, single fmaily, and country properties.
2. The suburbs have city centers with great restaurant and shopping options.
3. The gas prices are low.
4. You have walkability in most suburbs.
5. There are a lot of corporations with employment opportunities that exist with in the suburbs.
6. The commute downtown for work is only about a 30-45 min drive.
7. The suburbs have low crime rate.
8. The suburbs have amazing school districts.
9. The suburbs consist of master planned communities which are award winning.
10. Living in the suburbs you will feel like you live in a little bubble.
11. Entertainment and public events happen often.
12. The suburbs offer affordable secondary education which allows your high school graduate to live at home a little longer.
13. There are so many different suburbs to choose from on the outskirts of Houston.
