Country Clubs in The Woodlands
- The Woodlands Country Club offers three courses: the 27-hole Arnold Palmer Course, the 18-hole Tournament Course, or the 18-hole Player Course. There is over 15,000 square feet of putting and chipping space, as well as PGA Pros to assist if needing some expert advice or lessons. Included in the memberships is:
- The Woodlands Tennis Facility which houses 21 courts, including 4 indoor and 17 outdoor, a pro shop, men and women's locker rooms and viewing areas for the tennis courts.
- A family style swimming pool at the Palmer Course, which includes a bounce house, foosball table, pool toys, and a snack bar.
- Two fitness facilities, with machines, free weights, and fitness classes.
- Access to the Palmer Grill
- A dining facility at the Tournament Course
- Carlton Woods Country Club offers two signature courses: the Jack Nicklaus Signature course and the Tom Fazio Championship Course. The Jack Nicklaus Signature course was personally designed by Jack Nicklaus himself. The Tom Fazio Championship Course was designed by Tom Fazio, named by Golf Digest as one of the five best golf course architects in history. The course has received has been named the “Best New Private Course in Texas” and “#3 Best New Private Course in the US.” Both courses continue to be ranked within the top ten courses in the state of Texas. Included in the membership is:
- Six championship tennis courts.
- A resort style swimming pool.
- A fitness center, with free weights, machines, and a Pilates studio.
- Access to The Bear's Den, an adult-only bar and grill.
- The Men's Grille, located in the men's locker room.
- The Nicklaus Grille, a great family option.
- The Fazio Grill is a casual bar and lounge.
- Canongate Texas comprises of five total courses, two which are in The Woodlands, as well as the Lake Windcrest, Magnolia Creek, and South Shore Harbour courses. Membership includes access to the swimming, fitness, and spa services at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center. The fitness center comprises of: cardio machines, free weights, and strength conditioning equipment. The day spa offers separate facilities for men and women, including a sauna, steam room, hot tubs, and body treatments such as massages and facials.
