Hi y'all,

I love where I live and work. I really do. I also love sharing these areas with new residents. With individuals and families flocking to these areas in the volume that they are, new construction is a must. Without homebuilders constructing new homes in the area, we wouldn't have enough homes to house these wonderful people.

So to say, staying on top of all the new construction is important, would be a bit of an understatement. It is very important. And we don't want to know who is building what where, but we want to know who (buyer) is buying what where, and by who (builder).

So I decided to share with you the top 4 builders (in home sales volume during Q1 and Q2 of 2018) in the Houston-Area.
