I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. WHY PEOPLE LOVE WESTFIELD IN KATY TX

Where is Westfield:

Westfield is a well-established community of Katy where you’re close to Clay Rd, I-10, and Grand Parkway 99 which makes it convenient for those who work in the metro area . There are also plenty of things to do nearby with the Katy Mills Mall being within 18 minutes while Houston is 29 minutes away by car.

Why folks choose Westfield:

Residents of Westfield like that the area is close to nature. They have many parks, beautiful golf courses, easy access to some of the largest shopping centers and a short drive to fine dining and exciting entertainment opportunities. If you're looking for a community that offers scenery that's hard to beat, consider Westfield! Furthermore, children in this area attend the Top-rated Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.

Amenities in Westfield:

Residents will be able to take advantage of a future playground, splashpad, and baseball/soccer field in the neighborhood. Golf courses, big shopping complexes, prominent restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance. Bear Creek Pioneer Park, a 2300-acre multi-use leisure facility featuring a petting zoo, tennis courts, covered pavilions, and other amenities, is within walking distance.

District Rating:

A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Nearby Westfield there’s your favorite grocery stores such as Kroger, Walmart Superstore, Texas Food Supermarket, H-Mart Katy, and Texas Food Supermarket is just short drive out of the neighborhood. There are parks nearby, including George Bush Park, Bear Creek Pioneers Park, and Edith L. Moore Nature Sanctuary. Also, nearby airports are William P. Hobby and Houston George Bush Intercontinental.
