Lol. Spoiler Alert: Seven of them are in Fort Bend county (Katy, Fulshear, Rosharon), hence all the highway road construction you might be seeing, and two are in Cypress! But without dragging this post out, let me share all 13 with you.

Why Folks Call It Home: Probably boasting the number-selling master-planned community in all of the Houston area, this neighborhood has so much to offer that can only be found in Sunterra. The most popular amenities are the crystal lagoon, playgrounds, parks, sidewalks, including golf-cart friendly sidewalks, resort-style swimming pool complete with a lazy river, white-sand beaches, you can kayak and paddleboard, sports fields, tennis courts, a splash pad, play structures, dog parks, fitness center, and so much more.

Why Folks Call It Home: Bridgeland is also unlike any other master-planned community. It is broken up into 5 different villages, all with their own amenities that can be accessed by any resident. The parks and lakes are one-of-a-kind, including its integration of on-site schools, and commercial hubs. The growth in Bridgeland has been record-breaking over the last 10 years and should continue for another 10 years. Some of the amenities include Dragonfly Park (25-acre community center, fitness center, flex rooms, playground, splash pad, tennis courts, open fields, basketball court, dog park, kayak launch, hike & bike trails, and a swimming pool complex with fitness pool, fitness lawn, leisure pool with beach entry, lazy river, and a rope swing), 12-foot-wide hike and bike trails, 3 times more acreage of lakes and open space than any other community, parks within a quarter-mile of every home, and swimming pools galore!
