Where is King Point:
Kings Point is a neighborhood in Kingwood, TX, with the zip code 77345. It is only 30 miles from downtown Houston and is reachable via Kingwood Drive, close to I-69. Its location gives residents convenient access to the attractions and facilities of Kingwood and downtown Houston.
Why folks choose King Point:
Kings Point is an established and mature community with huge homes in the wooded beauty of Kingwood, with homes featuring a median build year of 1991 and a median square footage of 3,848. Residents admire the neighborhood's lovely lanes lined with beautiful trees, the comfort of the Kingwood Town Center with its array of dining and shopping options, as well as the variety of recreational opportunities close by, like the Deerwood Golf Course, which borders the southwest corner of the neighborhood, lots of parks, and much more.

Amenities in King Point:
Kings Point provides a wide range of amenities to its residents, including a tranquil, safe atmosphere, a picturesque area, a community pool, parks in and around the neighborhood with a variety of attractions, courts, a playground area, soccer and football fields, nature trails, and much more. Residents also have exclusive access to 10-acre lakes where they can fish catch-and-release. Highway 59 is also easily accessible, as is an array of dining, shopping, and attractions in Kingwood and downtown Houston.
District Rating:
B Rated | Humble ISD covers 90+ square miles, houses over 43,000 students, and was recently rated a b-rated school district with an overall score of 88%, which illustrates how close they were to becoming an a-rated school district. Out of all the district's campuses, eight received an A, 13 received a B, 16 received a C, four received a D and two received an F. HISD was unable to receive an overall rating of an A because a campus received a rating of D or F, according to the TEA website.

Student Achievement: B
This rating is based on how much students know and are able to do at the end of the school year. HISD earned 88 of 100 possible points.
School Progress: B
This rating is based on how students perform over time, comparing their progress to similar schools. HISD earned 84 of 100 possible points.
Closing the Gaps: B
This rating is based on the performance of different populations of students. HISD earned 89 of 100 possible points.
