Canyon Crossing is located in Conroe TX in Montgomery County. It is accessible via Sleepy Hollow Rd, Hanna Rd, and also few minutes to I-45 & Grand Parkway 99. In addition, this neighborhood is only 14 minutes to The Woodlands and 37 minutes from Downtown Houston.

Why folks choose Canyon Crossing in Conroe TX:

People choose to live in Canyon Crossing because it is a nature-filled community, with many lakes, ponds, trails and mature shade trees. The houses are also mostly larger custom homes that come in a variety of styles and are built on spacious lots. In addition, the forestlike setting provides country-style living while still being 10 minutes from The Woodlands, and enjoying nearby shopping and dining in Shenandoah, Oak Ridge, The Woodlands, and Conroe.

District Rating in Conroe ISD
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A’s for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Conroe Independent School District is a 348-square-mile school district in the Houston metropolitan area. The District's geographical areas are diverse, including The Woodlands, Shenandoah, Oak Ridge North, Conroe, and Caney Creek, as well as a number of smaller towns, communities, and unincorporated areas. Conroe ISD is one of the state's fastest growing school districts, with an average enrollment growth of about 1,500 students per year.

Conroe ISD is a community of people who work together to provide the best education possible for their students. The District is proud of the accomplishments of the students, teachers, and administrators who have contributed to the District's success!

Located nearby are great places like Market Street, Waterway Square, The Woodlands Mall, Main Event, and Portofino Shopping Center. There’s also an HEB, Target, Marshalls, Best Buy, and so much more just minutes away.
