Where is Woodland Oaks:
Woodland Oaks is located on the border of the East Texas Pineywoods and the Gulf Coast regions in Magnolia, Texas. It is about 50 minutes north-west of downtown Houston and about 20 minutes north-west of The Woodlands, Texas.
Why folks choose Woodland Oaks:
People enjoy living in the Woodland Oaks because of its access to conveniences and amenities. Woodland Oaks is comprised of 539 single family properties with a median build year of 2002. The homes have quite a large range, from about $200-700k.

Amenities in Woodland Oaks:
Woodland Oaks offers a swimming pool and splash pad for its residents equipped with covered seating with tables and chairs. They have a tennis court and half a basketball court. There is also a covered pavilion for residents and a park with picnic tables, benches and a bike rack. Woodland Oaks also has its own playground for little ones.
