Where is Grayson Woods:
Located in Katy, Grayson Woods is located south of Katy Freeway I-10 and west of Grand Parkway Tollway 99.Katy Mills Mall is just north east of the subdivision. To access the entrance, you turn from Westheimer Parkway onto Katy Flewellen Road. Grayson Woods is located right before the Grayson Lakes sister community, which connect to one another at Mariner Point Lane.

Grayson Woods is a newly developed community which means you're in for newer build homes with all the energy efficient bells and whistles. Grayson Woods hosts a new community pool area, a large lake with several fountains and paved sidewalks all along to enjoy the trees and nature for leisure walking, biking, or jogging. A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Being so close to Katy Freeway I-10 and Grand Parkway Tollway 99, Grayson Woods provides for endless dining, entertainment and shopping options. To a name a few local options, In-N-Out Burger, Raising Cane's, Market Town Katy, Texas Tradition Hamburgers, Bass Pro Shops, Katy Mills Mall, Andretti Karting and Games, Roko Grill, Local Table, Mia's Table, The Rouxpour-Katy, Whole Foods Market, Katy Play Station, Typhoon Texas, MKT Railroad Museum, H-E-B, Walmart, Walgreens, and Kroger… but the options are plentiful and there are so many spots and shops nearby.
