Today I wanted to share with you all things Grayson Lakes, Katy TX. I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. WHY PEOPLE LOVE GRAYSON LAKES IN KATY TX

Where is Grayson Lakes:
Located in Katy, Grayson Lakes is located south of Katy Freeway I-10 and west of Grand Parkway Tollway 99.Katy Mills Mall is just north east of the subdivision. To access the entrance, you could turn from Westheimer Parkway onto Katy Flewellen Road or use Gaston Road to enter on the east side of the neighborhood.

Grayson Lakes is an established master-planned community that posses a private and secluded feel, with all amenities within the community. Proximity to A+ schools right outside the subdivision. Access to Katy Freeway I-10 and Grand Parkway Tollway 99. Community with HOA that upholds and preserves the community's beautiful grounds. Large homes. Completed neighborhood. Grayson Lakes consists of 4 lakes, 17 fountains and 30 acres of green space, a community clubhouse that is available for reservation to residents, maintained grounds and manicured green spaces, walking and jogging trails, multiple playground, tennis courts, multiple community pool, stocked lakes and attached docs, proximity to top A rated schools, and accessibility to major highways whilst still enjoying the distance and secluded feel of the community.

District Rating:

A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Being so close to Katy Freeway I-10 and Grand Parkway Tollway 99, Grayson Lakes provides for endless dining, entertainment and shopping options. To a name a few local options, In-N-Out Burger, Raising Cane's, Market Town Katy, Texas Tradition Hamburgers, Bass Pro Shops, Katy Mills Mall, Andretti Karting and Games, Roko Grill, Local Table, Mia's Table, The Rouxpour-Katy, Whole Foods Market, Katy Play Station, Typhoon Texas, MKT Railroad Museum, H-E-B, Walmart, Walgreens, and Kroger… but the options are plentiful and there are so many spots and shops nearby.
