Located in Magnolia TX off of Stagecoach Road, accessible by Highway 249.

Decker Place is a neighborhood in Magnolia TX. Decker Place mostly features large homes. This is an established and mature neighborhood tucked into the woods, giving a very secluded feel while still having easy access to local amenities by natural, stacked stone monuments with native grasses and plants to emphasize the sustainable, natural beauty of the community. Residents enjoy only a short drive to The Woodlands, Tomball, Lake Conroe and Grand Parkway 99. The community is set on spacious lots that are 1 acre or more.

Amenities in Decker Place:
There are not any onsite amenities, but Seymour Sanctuary is in very close proximity to Decker Place and is full of events interacting with the surrounding nature and animals ranging from butterflies to llamas and chickens. Little Bay Farm is located just minutes away from Decker Place and is an equestrian facility with customized training for you and your horse.
District Rating:
B-Rated | Magnolia ISD rates in an A in teachers, diversity, and college prep. The mission of the Magnolia Independent School District is to provide an educational environment that will enable all students to develop essential academic skills for a lifetime of learning and to prepare students to be responsible, contributing citizens in a diverse and changing world.

Located nearby is an HEB, Pinehurst Country Store, and other small local grocers. There's great restaurants just a few minutes away like The Treehouse Cafe, Kitty's Cafe, Magnolia Diner, The Meating Place BBQ, and much more. You have all the amenities of Magnolia, while also having quick access to The Woodlands area.
