Today I wanted to share with you all things Avalon at Spring Green, Katy TX. I know that there are tons of neighborhoods to choose from in the Houston area, but I also know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. Each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. Where is Avalon at Spring Green:
Located in Katy, Avalon at Spring Green is located South of Katy Freeway with Spring Green Boulevard running centrally through the subdivision splitting it into 2 sections. FM 1463 runs to the west of the community and Katy Flewellen Road runs along the Southeastern part of the subdivision.

Why folks choose Avalon at Spring Green:
This is a gated community with lakefront homes that feel private and luxurious. The community features amenities that enhance your living experience and capture the lakefront views giving you retreat and staycation vibes. Katy ISD is the designated school district which is an A rated and acclaimed school district. Ease of access to Katy Freeway and Grand Parkway Highway 99, while the community still feels secluded and private.

The amenities at Avalon at Spring Green include walking trails, lakefront lots, community putting green, a covered gazebo and picnic area, and a pond with a water feature flowing into the lake.

District Rating:
A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston's energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Being located between Katy Freeway I-10 and Grand Parkway Highway 99, you have access to so many restaurants, grocery stores, attractions and parks within short reach. Kroger Marketplace, Walmart, Target, H-E-B, Brookshire Brothers, CVS, Sprouts and Costco are some of the neighboring grocery stores. Urban Air, Typhoon Texas Waterpark, The Katy Boardwalk, parks galore, Katy Mills Mall, and The Shops at Katy Reserve all host shopping and entertainment options, and are all a short drive away. If you're a foodie and enjoy trying new restaurants, there are tons of local options in addition to all your favorite chains. To name a few, there is In-N-Out Burger, Whataburger, McDonalds, Pearl and Vine, Antonia's Italian Restaurant, Texas Tradition Hamburgers, Vietnam Bistro, Pizza Bella, Crafted Kitchen and Taps and truly so many other options all local and neighboring Avalon at Spring Green.
