Where is West Fork:
Located in Conroe, off of SH 105 & West Fork Boulevard. Just a few minutes away from I-45.
Why folks choose West Fork:
This is a breathtaking golf course community near Lake Conroe, with custom homes constructed by Brickland Homes, J. Kyle Homes, and Cribbs Custom Builders. The community offers peaceful, country-style living, with nature trails and rolling terrains. There's a wide variety of home sizes & prices starting in the 400s, and the homes mostly feature a traditional style. Some homes have beautiful golf course views, and there's still opportunity to build here.
