Today I wanted to share with you all things Harper's Preserve, Conroe TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE HARPER'S PRESERVE IN CONROE TX

Where is Harper's Preserve:
Located in Conroe TX, off of 242 and just minutes from I-45. Only a short drive to The Woodlands.

Why folks choose Harper's Preserve in Conroe TX:
Residents love the amazing neighborhood of Harper’s Preserve for the great homes by History Maker Homes, D.R. Horton Homes, Plantation Homes, Empire Communities, J. Patrick Homes, & Chesmar Homes. It also has wonderful amenities, scenic surroundings, gated sections, and is in a desirable location. (Why I love this community: it has an amazing location, with good schools. I also am in love with the amenities and parks!)

Front yard maintenance is performed by the HOA in Harper’s Preserve. The Harper’s Preserve Community Association administers mowing and edging 42 times per year for a quarterly fee. In addition, you will receive monthly trimming of landscaping, monthly bed area weeding, weed control, fertilization and one mulch application per year. This means less work for you to worry about and the whole community is uniformly maintained. So you can spend more time enjoying your family and less time doing yard work.

Amenities in Harper's Preserve:

The amenities here include a community pool & pool barn with an outdoor kitchen, multiple playgrounds, walking trails, bowling, bocce ball greens and horseshoe pits, boulders for children to climb on, lake with fly fishing opportunities at the zero entry pebble beach, wildlife garden, picnic areas, a community trail system, natural play areas, benches, a pedestrian bridge over the lake, and an event lawn with retractable solar shade panels. There's also a resort-style pool with a multi-use deck, sun shelf areas, cabanas, & a splash pad.

District Rating in Conroe ISD
A+. Conroe ISD has mostly A rated schools & are a big reason why people choose to live in areas that are served by this district. They have overall A’s for academics, college prep, clubs & activities, sports, administration, and teachers.

Nearby:
Just minutes away is an HEB, Walmart, CVS, Costco, Burlington, At Home, and more. There's also many restaurants nearby like Mestizos Mexican Cafe, Crust Pizza Co., Top Sushi, Willie's Grill & Icehouse, and much more.
