Walden is an expansive community on a tree-lined peninsula that's surrounded by Lake Conroe. Here you'll find townhomes, condos, single family homes, and estate like properties, with many homes having lakefront views. There's really something for everyone here, no matter what your budget is. Outdoor life is a huge feature of this community, and it boasts a plethora of amazing amenities to be enjoyed. (Walden is one of my favorite communities for those who would like to enjoy a leisure life on the lake in an amazing community with amazing people. There are homes in this area for people in ever budget and every stage of life. It is truly one of my favorites. I hope to own a second home in here one day!)

Amenities in Walden:
The extensive amenities here include multiple recreation centers, pools, children's playgrounds, miles of scenic trails, community boat ramps, nature parks, picnic areas, fitness centers, sports fields & facilities, and a 536-slip marina. Residents also have the option of joining the Walden Golf Club, Yacht Club, and Racquet Club, which each boast their own fabulous amenities.
District Rating:
A. Montgomery ISD rates in an A for academics, college prep, teachers, administration, clubs & activities, health & safety, food, and resources & facilities.
Nearby:
Located nearby is a Walmart Super Center, Kroger, Landshark Bar & Grill, Cafe on the Green, Marini's Pizza, Walden's Lakeview Dining, The Big Sombrero, & McKenzie's BBQ & Burgers. Del Lago is just a short drive away from 105, which has a variety of restaurants, parks, shops, salons, and more.
