Located in Montgomery, off of 105 & April Sound road, right by Lake Conroe.

This is a premier country club community with gated access on Lake Conroe with its own golf course. They offer a wide spectrum of homes like million-dollar lakefront estates, golf course view homes, and condominiums & townhomes. The community has direct access to the lake, amazing amenities, and is filled with mature trees & lush greenery.

The amenities here include 3 different parks with children's playgrounds, a pavilion with picnic tables & grills, and a community garden for growing plants, food, & flowers. There's also The April Sound Marina, which is a 40-slip facility operated by a seven-member board. Residents have the option of joining April Sound Country Club where there's three 9-hole golf courses, tennis courts, a swimming pool, dining options, and more.

A. Montgomery ISD rates in an A for academics, college prep, teachers, administration, clubs & activities, health & safety, food, and resources & facilities.
Nearby:
Located nearby is Lake Conroe Park, Walmart Super Center, Kroger, HEB, Aldi, Starbucks and so much more. There's some really great restaurants minutes away like Tony's Italian Delicatessin, 7 Leguas, Thai Walk In, Fajita Jack's, Akashi, Monty's Lighthouse, Buldogies, Papa's On The Lake, Kitchen Tales, Rudy's BBQ, and Amore Fine Dining & Spirits.
