Today I wanted to share with you all things Nottingham Counrty, Katy TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY NOTTINGHAM COUNTRY IN KATY TX
Where is Nottingham Country:
Located in Katy, just south of Interstate 10 (Katy Freeway) and east of Grand Parkway Tollway 99. And slightly north east of Cinco Ranch.
Why folks choose Nottingham Country:
This is a mature, established master planned community with larger homes & spacious lots. The community is in a great location, close to A rated schools & has an on site elementary school, has low property taxes, and is filled with tall shade trees. They feature mostly Colonial & traditional style homes, as well as some ranch style homes.

Amenities in Nottingham Country:
The amenities here include a community clubhouse, swimming pool with a smaller children's wading pool area, and tennis courts. There's also the neighborhood park that has a playground, volleyball court, soccer field, and scenic walking trails. There's a greenbelt on the outskirts of the community as well.
District Rating:
A+ | Katy ISD has an A+ rating overall, with ten elementary schools, five junior high schools, and three high schools named in the overall top 10 schools for the entire Houston Area. Katy ISD is also in the top 1% of all school districts in the United States ranking #180 out of 10,758 districts. Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating. Katy ISD is a flourishing suburban school district that encompasses 181 square miles in southeast Texas. Its eastern boundaries stretch to Houston’s energy corridor approximately 16 miles west of downtown Houston and extend along Interstate 10 to a few miles west of the city of Katy.

Residents have an easy drive to shopping centers like Katy Mills Mall, as well as LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch which is a super fun outdoor hub for shopping, dining & entertainment, with a large green space for frequent local events & festivals. There's also an HEB, Kroger, Walmart, Costco, Top Golf, Texas Children's Hospital, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, and so much more.
