Hi friend. Tomball TX has some really great neighborhoods, so today I'd like to go over them and share all that they have to offer. If you're planning on a move to Tomball, this list should be super helpful!
Amira – I love Amira. 484.5 acre master planned community with a lake and great amenities. They have some very unique parks, a fabulous resort style pool & splash park, fitness center with a yoga studio, a dog park, a playground, and a gorgeous event lawn strung with lights. The neighborhood is filled with scenic trails & it's located near Grand
Parkway.
Creekside Park – The newest village in The Woodlands and is home to the George Mitchell Nature Preserve which gives you many different outdoor activities & views to enjoy. You're right next to Creekside Village center which has a variety of different shops, restaurants, services, & a grocery store, and you're only 10 minutes away from The Woodlands & all of it's amenities.
Lakes at Creekside – Master planned community on North Houston surrounded by stunning lakes & views. They have fabulous amenities like multiple playgrounds, a pool with water slides, large fitness center, a pavilion filled with high quality tables & chairs for relaxing or eating, and tons of scenic trails around the water.
Raleigh creek – Neighborhood with lots of new construction, a little cookie cutter style. A couple builders in there are Meritage Homes & Dr. Horton. They have a playground, community pool, nature trails, and are near some great schools.
Rosehill reserve – Another good neighborhood that is similar to Raleigh creek. Most homes here are built by Chesmar Homes. Reserve your happy place at Rosehill Reserve, located in Tomball, TX. The neighborhood offers a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, pocket parks, lakes and more. Rosehill Reserve in Tomball is nestled in peaceful countryside, yet close to Houston city conveniences and major employment centers.
Wildwood at Northpointe – Beautiful neighborhood in a great location, with amazing onsite schools. Their amenities include a clubhouse & park area, a pool, playground, wide open green spaces, scenic trails, and beautiful lakes. You're also very close to The Vintage Park, a large outdoor hub for shopping & dining.
Woodtrace – My favorite neighborhood after Amira. It is gated and has lots of housing options They have some truly awesome amenities including a 23 acre spring fed lake with a fishing dock & canoe/kayak launch, 5 miles of wooded greenbelt trails, a pool, and multiple playgrounds.
