Hi friends. Today I thought I'd share a list of some lovely neighborhoods in Katy TX. All of these neighborhoods below are reasonably priced, in desirable locations, and offer great amenities to enjoy!
Lake at Grand Harbor
– Midsize & large homes built around two scenic community lakes. There's a clubhouse with a fitness center, gathering area, and a pool. Located in proximity to Katy freeway for easy access to tons of activities, shops, and grocery stores.
Ventana Lakes
– New community with modern style & opportunity to build. They have a clubhouse, pool, playgrounds, large green space, and multiple trails. This neighborhood is very close to a few of Houston's largest nature parks & reserves.
Canyon Gate at Cinco Ranch
– A well priced, gated neighborhood with so many amenities. They offer a clubhouse with a fitness center, a swimming pool, with a separate children's pool, lighted tennis & basketball courts, and a playground. There's also a five acre park with shaded playground equipment, a volleyball court, baseball/football/soccer fields, pavilions, trails, and a climbing rock.
Katy Manor Trails
– This neighborhood has very new, stylish homes & opportunity for construction. Their amenities include a pool, splash pad, and pavilion. The community is located near Grand Parkway & I-10 giving you easy access to Katy Mills shopping center and La Centerra.
Nottingham Country
– Older community with tons of trees & well priced large homes. There's a community center, a large park with walking trails, eight tennis courts, and a pool. Located near I-10.
Falcon Ranch
– Well sized homes built in the early 2000's, offering a community clubhouse, a pool & splash pad, 2 impressive playgrounds, two tennis courts, and access to large parks & trails. It has a great location near Grand Parkway.
Tamarron
– This newer neighborhood will make you feel like you live in a resort. Their lavish amenities include a 7 lane lap pool & a resort style pool with two story slides, a big splash park with children's slides, and a very nice playground. They also have lots of green space, trails, and scenic community lake views. Located near I-10
