Today I am sharing with you all of the amenities in Memorial Northwest. Memorial Northwest is a highly sought after neighborhood with an award winning elementary school and middle / intermediate school within its borders. Most of the children walk or bike to school.
The neighborhood has a brand new swimming pool. It has two, scratch that, three separate spaces (a junior Olympic pool and a family friendly pool complete with playground and lots of cool features, oh and you can’t forget the huge slide!) and a splash pad. There is also a fitness center they are always keeping updated, with the last overhaul happening about a year or two ago.
The splash pad and swimming pool areas, along with most of the playground equipment opened just weeks ago. The clubhouse is newer and houses the fitness center, an office for the neighborhood, bathrooms, a common space, a kitchen, and a large event space that can be rented.
The neighborhood hosts at least three large events each year at the club house. The tennis courts are probably the best in the area, for a neighborhood. It was originally a club. There is also a lighted trail. Oh and all the amenities, minus the park, are gated and accessible by finger print.
