Railroad Depot, Plaza, & Gazebo – Link
Tomball’s historic 1907 Depot museum contains train memorabilia, original art works, antiques, and two highly detailed model railroads.They have gazebo which is a great place for a small family picnic, wedding or just for photo opportunities.
Tomball Museum Center – Link
There at the Tomball Museum Center you can tour old homes, church, fellowship hall, pioneer country doctor’s office, one room schoolhouse, Wendish log cabin, oil camp house, jail, barn with one-horse gin, smokehouse, outhouse, and sawmill.
Geronimo Adventure Park – Link
Geronimo is an aerial park where friends, families, teams and groups of all kinds unplug from electronics, participate in exhilarating outdoor activities, and enjoy each other’s company in a natural environment. The adventure park features three zipline skytrails and ground activities.
Texas TreeVentures – Link
Texas TreeVentures is a challenge by choice aerial adventure course located in The Woodlands, Texas on the campus of the Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park. The course is directly adjacent to the expansive 1,800 acres of the George Mitchell Nature Preserve, which is home to abundant wildlife, several miles of wooded trails, and Spring Creek. The Texas TreeVentures course is a series of physical challenges and adventure-based elements designed for youth and adults (age and weight restrictions apply).

Broussard Park is a City owned park located at 1414 E. Hufsmith. Broussard Park features Restroom, Play structure with ADA friendly equipment, (4) soccer fields, Stocked pond with a large fishing pier and Picnic Areas equipped with wheelchair accessible picnic tables and barbecue pits.
Burroughs Park – Link
Situated northeast of Tomball, Texas, on 320 acres between Kuykendahl Road and FM2978, Burroughs Park remains a popular outdoor destination for visitors of all ages and abilities. The multi-use park makes room for soccer and softball fields, a stocked, seven-acre fishing lake, more than eight miles of hiking trails, picnic areas, a popular barbecue pavilion, as well as wheelchair accessible playgrounds. There are also convenient rest room facilities, as well as an observation deck and an elevated boardwalk. Head there on a quiet afternoon, for a peaceful stroll on a trail through the area’s dense woodlands.
Jerry Matheson Park – Link
Jerry Matheson Park is a 10-acre city owned park across from Juergens Park located at 1240 Ulrich. The park was named after the late Tomball City Council member Jerry Matheson. There are 56 total parking spots and 5 of this total are handicap parking spots. Under the small pavilion, there are 6 picnic tables to sit under the shade and watch your kids play on the large wooden interactive playground. Inside the playground there are 2 park benches. There are no barbeque pits and there are 7 trashcans throughout the park. In addition, the park features a Swimming Pool, Pee-Wee Baseball Field and tennis court.
Juergens Park – Link
The park features a Large Lighted Pavilion, 1/2 mile walking track, Playgrounds, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Pickleball Court, Picnic Areas, and Restroom. Also, the park has 86 parking spaces with 5 handicap spaces. There are a total of 18 barbeque pits and 3 of these are under the large pavilion. There are a total of 39 picnic tables and 24 of these are under the large pavilion. There are 8 benches spread out around the park and there are 9 trashcans found around the park.
Spring Creek Park – Link
This 114-acre facility features one unlighted softball field, one lighted basketball pavilion, two lighted tennis courts, a small barbecue pavilion, a large barbecue pavilion, eight RV/camper hook-ups, three tent camping sites, one primitive camping area, a playground, trails, picnic tables, barbecue grills, an archery range, a sand volleyball court, and a rest room/shower pavilion. Fishing along Spring Creek is also available.
