(Top 13 List… The Most Popular Neighborhoods of Spring, TX for the Fall of 2026… Down Below!)
With fall before us, this is typically the time when real estate seems to slow down, but with the slower-than-anticipated summer, I predict this fall will help the year finish like the tortoise in the race against the hare. So let's look at the neighborhoods that have seen the most real estate activity in the last two weeks in anticipation of what the fall of 2026 in Spring, TX 77379, might look like.
Ironically, the most active neighborhood (meaning the one with the most option-pending status changes) is the one I call home and, in my biased and non-biased opinion, the best neighborhood in Spring, TX 77379. It is Memorial Northwest. I think Memorial Northwest is the best neighborhood in all of Spring, TX 77379, because of its community lifestyle, amenities, low price per square foot in comparison to nearby neighborhoods of the same quality, walkability, and on-site schools.
Memorial Northwest has a beautiful swimming pool complex with an in-water toddler slide and a large resort-style slide. The swimming pool is so nice that it accommodates two swim teams, including a year-round club team and the neighborhood league that competes from the spring into the beginning weeks of summer. It really is the nicest competition- and Olympic-style outdoor neighborhood pool that I know of in all of Houston.

Other amenities in the neighborhood include a fitness center, a clubhouse with a large room that can be rented for events, a neighborhood park with multiple play areas and picnic tables, a large tennis complex with eight newly updated pickleball courts, and even a secure walking trail.
But what I love most about the neighborhood is the on-site elementary school and on-site intermediate (think middle) school. Both schools are award-winning and two of the top schools in the district. I love how the bike racks at both schools are always full, while other families walk to and from the campuses. But if your child likes being a car rider, the car pickup lines are never described as torture. If I were to name one thing to boast about for each school, I would say Doerre Intermediate has so many sports and club opportunities. There really is something for everyone. Then, for Theiss Elementary, I would say the teachers are some of the most caring, and the annual events are so much fun, especially the family fun night that features a movie, often under the stars. (Keep in mind, there are also a lot of local private and Christian schools nearby. I personally send my son to one, while my daughters utilize the public school system. There really is something here for everyone.)
Other reasons to call Memorial Northwest home are the abundance of homes with square footage over 3,000 and 4,000 square feet, the walkability to multiple shopping centers and coffee shops, the short drives to all your favorite grocery stores and shopping centers, including two H-E-Bs and even The Vintage, and the people who really care about one another. Something really unique about this neighborhood, along with a handful of others in Spring, is that this neighborhood is so loved that you can find multiple generations of the same family spread throughout the neighborhood, with the desire not to leave their roots behind.
The people I have come to call my friends and the people I love to run into at the swimming pool on a Saturday afternoon complete a long list of reasons I couldn't imagine my life any other way. Activities I personally enjoy while living in Memorial Northwest include my middle child serving on the cheer team, my youngest playing soccer for a local competitive soccer club, and my daughter enjoying the high school FFA organization, as well as learning how to barrel race at a nearby stable. But what I love most about my weekly lifestyle is the close proximity to my favorite church. Memorial Northwest is in close proximity to just about every denomination of church one could desire. But on a lighter note, we are within driving (or walking, if you are crazy like me) distance of Dutch Bros, Starbucks, and Core Cafe if you are craving some yummy coffee.
