October builder incentives for buyers: For a limited time only, Tricoast Homes is offering a 3.99% fixed interest rate for the first year, a 4.99% fixed interest rate thereafter, $10,000 toward closing costs, an appliance package (washer, dryer, and refrigerator), a 3% agent commission, and a $5,000 BTSA (Bonus to Selling Agent) on select homes across Houston. Contracts must be signed by December 1, 2025, and closed by December 30, 2025.
Jo & Co. incentive for Tricoast Homes new construction: When you use us as your buyer's agent, we cover your third-party inspection when using a preferred vendor. All inspectors are TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission certified, just like us real estate agents, here in Texas.)
